Did you know that "100% black" isn't the blackest black?
On screen, it looks solid, but in print, this famous K100 often looks gray and lifeless. The secret lies in enriched black: adding percentages of cyan, magenta, and yellow to black to achieve a deep, elegant tone.
To achieve a "true" black, use combinations like C40, M40, Y40, and K100 for rich backgrounds, and K100 only for small text (to ensure sharpness).
